A very novel act of making education omnipresent through the Right to Education (RTE) Act, marked a milestone in the Indian education scenario in 2010. It is deemed since then that education is free and compulsory for all children aged 6-14 years. However, many factors prevent this from actualising. There are many unsaid challenges in the educational field.
There are many children who do not gain any significant knowledge due to inadequate learning environments in schools. Moreover, the socioeconomic conditions of parents cause impediments to actual learning. Besides, unconducive households hack the ability to genuine educational progress of numerous children. Thus, for empowering underprivileged children, the call of the hour is firstly the empowerment of households. For them to be able to sustain their children’s involvement in education seeking. We aim to empower remote areas with proper education. This is crucial as they are often trapped in the vicious circle of deprivation and exclusion. Our team reaches them where they are and helps.
We centrally operate from the belief that education transforms, magnifies, and expands life’s quality. It is not just a fundamental right but a powerful tool too, especially for girls. We say so because we all have a good idea of the sacrifices and oppression that constitute a girl’s life in our society. Thus, it is time they are armed and empowered to fight their own battles and win. It is time that they are infused with knowledge and powerful personas.
Along with it, it is a good initiative to educate households on the importance of the RTE and of the benefits of education altogether. After all, education is available everywhere. In the life experiences of people as much as from books. The need is to tap into children’s interest in knowledge and to promote awareness of learning systematically. We also realise the advent of the digital age has modified the structure of education to more dynamic and digital ones. And these kids lack the access to quality digital education facilities. Thus we aim to help them avail best digital education infrastructure and knowledge. After all, real empowerment is that which education imparts by supplying life skills and practical qualifications.
